The goal of the creation of SEZ “Ontustyk” is to develop the textile industry and make it more competitive in order to create the preconditions for Kazakhstan to enter the 50 most developed countries of the world. 
  The main objectives are:
  -construction of infrastructure nets for effective use of resources (electric power, gas, water) by textile companies on the SEZ territory;
  -construction, reconstruction of transportation and communication infrastructure (motor ways, railways, telephone lines);
  -displaying to potential investors opportunities and advantages of The SEZ "Ontustyk";
  -forming criteria of investment projects that meet aims of SEZ "Ontustyk" creation;
  -providing construction of vertically integrated, highly technological export oriented productions in the territory of SEZ "Ontustyk";
  -assistance to promotion of domestic textile goods produced in the territory of the SEZ "Ontustyk" to the world market;
  -implementation of measures towards the support of textile companies in the territory of the SEZ "Ontustyk";
  -personnel training and retraining system organization.
